Medipro deliberately caps its classroom and online batches to a rigid 30-student strict maximum. This structural choice ensures elite 1-on-1 pedagogical focus. Consequently, when you block a seat via enrollment payment, you are actively barring another student from entering that cohort. Thus, our refund frameworks are uncompromising.
Tier 1: 100% Full Refund
A Total 100% Operational Refund (excluding raw payment gateway processing fees of ~2-3%) is unconditionally granted exclusively if:
- You formally initiate an email cancellation request precisely within seven (7) calendar days of your initial enrollment payment.
- AND your assigned batch has decisively not commenced its Phase-1 classes yet.
Tier 2: 50% Partial Refund
If you realize the medical coding curriculum is structurally too complex or conflicting with your new employment schedule, a 50% Tuitional Severance Package is available if:
- The course syllabus has undeniably advanced less than precisely 25%. Meaning, for a 60-day curriculum, less than 15 chronological days have passed since batch orientation.
- In this specific bracket, Medipro retains 50% of your paid base to subsidize the now-empty seat and compensate our trainers for the initial utilization of teaching hours.
Tier 3: 0% Zero Refund
Medipro mathematically rejects all refund requests crossing the 25% chronological threshold. Once a student advances past 15 days of a 60-day syllabus, Medipro has fundamentally exhausted severe resources allocating server infrastructure, LMS scaling, and trainer density for that student.
No exceptions are granted regarding the Phase 3 parameters, including sudden relocation, sudden employment shifts, or failing to pass Medipro’s internal mock exams resulting in anger against the institution.
Non-Refundable Irrevocable Assets
Under zero circumstances can Medipro issue refunds corresponding to the following rigid sub-items:
- AAPC Examination Vouchers: If Medipro has already autonomously locked in and dispersed your funds internationally to the AAPC to prepurchase your examination voucher, those funds are permanently gone. AAPC regulates its own rigid non-refund mechanics.
- Dispatched Physical Inventory: If you have already received the hard-copy CPT manuals, anatomical flashcards, and the Medipro 500-page internal codex via courier, the calculated MRP of those physical assets is strictly deducted prior to determining any active percentage refunds.
Process & Chronology for Final Extract
To legally trigger a refund mechanism, the Student must bypass WhatsApp or phone calls entirely, and strictly transmit an explicit digital petition containing their LMS ID, Payment Gateway Transaction Hash (Razorpay ID), and localized Bank Account Details exclusively via email.
Once approved internally by the Finance Division, please allow precisely 15 to 30 Business Days for the corporate settlement to reflect inside your source bank account.
