This Terms of Service ("Agreement") stands as a bipartite legal contract formed between Medipro Training and Consultancy ("The Institute") and you ("The Student" or "The User"). By electronically clicking the "I Agree" checkbox during your application payment sequence, or by simply accessing our proprietary Learning Management System (LMS), you explicitly acknowledge that you have actively read, comprehended, and unconditionally submit to these structured terms.

2. Services Description

Medipro constructs and executes rigorous medical coding and healthcare revenue cycle management certification preparatory courses. These modules are structurally designed to aggressively prepare candidates to sit for the sovereign credentialing examinations provided by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).

Disclaimer of Authority: Medipro operates distinctly as an educational prep entity. We do not grant or issue the 'CPC' or 'CCA' occupational licenses inherently. We only prepare you for the third-party examination. Your eventual certification is solely dependent upon your independent performance against the AAPC algorithmic grading systems.

3. Enrollment and Payment Kinetics

• Financial Commitment: All institutional tuition fees must be cleared in their entirety prior to the extraction of the AAPC examination voucher, or adhering strictly to the contracted Zero-Cost EMI schedule instantiated via our NBFC partners.
• LMS Credential Sovereignty: Upon processed clearance of your 1st installment, an automated node will generate your distinct LMS credentials. You are explicitly forbidden from mirroring, screen-sharing, or auctioning your login node to un-enrolled third-party subjects. Any logged simultaneous IP variance triggers systemic lockouts.
• Batch Transitions: Moving your timeline from Batch A to a future Batch B incurs a flat administrative transition toll of ₹2,500 INR, exclusively if the transition request drops 72 hours post initiation of Batch A.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy Reference

Because Medipro restricts active batch capacity to a hard cap of 30 students to maintain absolute pedagogical quality, our refund windows are intentionally aggressive. By accepting this global Terms of Service, you simultaneously bind yourself entirely to the parameters locked within our separate Dedicated Refund Policy Document. Medipro’s administrative board utilizes the specific time-bracket mapping defined within that document to process or deny severance requests structurally.

5. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection

Medipro has spent a decade refining, analyzing, and synthesizing complex CPT syntax into digestible module hierarchies. Therefore:

1. All live-class recordings, PDF slides, "25 CPC Hacks," interactive timelines, anatomical mockups, and mock-examination databases are definitively the exclusive copyright of Medipro Training and Consultancy.
2. You are granted a highly restrictive, non-commercial, revocable license strictly for independent study.
3. Systemically downloading our proprietary mock tests via automated scraping nodes, or re-uploading them to digital forums (like Quizlet or CourseHero) triggers an automatic institute expulsion and subsequent legal injunction invoking corporate espionage liabilities under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

6. Structural Student Conduct

The interactive live-online environment necessitates professional decorum. Zero tolerance policies are mathematically enforced against:

• Disruptive acoustic interference during live technical breakdowns.
• Utilizing racial, sexist, or fundamentally vulgar vocabulary directed towards the faculty infrastructure or cohort peers.
• Soliciting or establishing unapproved competitive third-party Discord/WhatsApp arrays masking as "unofficial batch networks" aimed to siphon module intelligence.

7. Limitation of Commercial Liability

To the absolute maximum vector permitted by Republic of India law, Medipro isolates itself from indirect, punitive, or consequential punitive damages:

Medipro guarantees 100% placement interviews, but mathematically cannot guarantee the absolute final employment of any student. Passing an HR interview operates entirely reliant upon the student's communicative capability.

If Medipro is found decisively liable for infrastructural negligence (e.g., massive downtime of LMS right before exam sequences), our maximum financial liability to the student is unconditionally capped at the exact granular fiat amount the student originally remitted for the specific course cohort.

8. Student Indemnification

You agree to permanently indemnify and aggressively defend Medipro its directors, faculty, and engineering infrastructure from any third-party claims, lawsuits, or algorithmic damages generated precisely as a consequence of your flagrant violation of these Terms of Service (e.g., engaging in illegal corporate piracy of our data modules).

9. Structured Dispute Resolution

Prior to triggering formal judicial combat, both parties (Medipro and the Student) structurally agree to attempt good-faith, in-person binding arbitration. A neutral third-party arbitrator authorized under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 will be appointed stationed exclusively within the jurisdiction of Hyderabad.

10. Governing Law

Every atomic component of this exhaustive agreement shall be uniformly governed, codified, and enforced under the explicit statutory jurisdiction of the Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, Republic of India.

11. Modifications to Terms

Medipro may unilaterally rewrite or shift these parameters without prior synchronized notice. Continued progression through your LMS modules intrinsically constitutes an absolute and immediate acceptance of any revised framework terms.
